Back in the summer of 2012, the director of the “Snow White and the Huntsman” had a publicized affair with actress Kristen Stewart, star of the “Twilight” movies. As of last week, Sander’s wife, 34 year old Liberty Ross has filed for divorce.

On Friday January 25, 2012, Ross filed for divorce in Los Angeles. She has requested joint custody of her and Sander’s children whom are 5 and 7 years old. Sanders also filed for divorce and requested joint custody of their children, as well as that the attorney fees be split amongst the two.

Ross has stated that she just cannot get over Sanders relations with Stewart. She has gone on to blame Stewart for her divorce according to several publications. She had tried her best to salvage her relationship, but to no avail. She had decided to file for divorce because of the incident.
